Mission Statement

  • We are a consultancy service provider helping young adults to reveal their own power of self-awareness – what their personal strengths, skills, and interests are and how they align with potential career paths, academic majors, activities, and internships so they are on the right path toward a productive and meaningful career and fulfilling life.
  • We believe that everyone should have a compass…of themselves! Mapping out a college major choice, a career choice, or a career/major change must start with knowledge of who you are, what your natural interests are, and what your innate strengths are. Many of us discover this later in life when we are already down a path and realize that it may not be the best fit and in turn, feel “stuck”. We believe this knowledge of self-awareness early on in a young adult’s life is a necessary precursor to put them on the path to a fulfilling future and the most important decisions a young adult needs to make as they begin their adult lives.
  • All students should know about options that align with who they are and have confidence in their major and career choices. We can help you find the right direction through self-assessment, self-awareness, and major/career path exploration.
